okay anti-ageing post as i have promised( no proper English due to poor translation)
your little bit of everyday life stress makes you age without you yourself realising it yourself! but one of the MOST important factor is your sleep! those lack of sleep tend to age faster and fall sick easily, like flu and cold. so those everyday you see them everyday ah chooo ah chooo one ar sure lack of sleep and will age faster.(HAHHA, remind me of branderna everyday sneezing and blowing her nose in class!) according to Dr Michael, the ideal hours of sleep a woman need is around 6-7. those we sleep too much is even worse. those who sleep for more than 9hours per day, make you older for a FEW MORE YEARS!! D: aiyo, i better stop waking up at 11 everyday. i shall make up at 10! haha, actually not much difference eh? and dont ever have depression .those who have depression have short lives D: okay my little tips!(:
everyone should go watch the Witch Yoo Hee on channel U ,10pm! very nice(: im falling in love with it and the girl is damn pretty! big eyes and fair(: i realise Korea girls mostly got big eyes and fair fair skin! i wanna be Korean(: and i wanna learn this song: Sarang Ah Nae Ge Oh Gi Man Hae!! haha i wanna learn Korean!!
